It features a robust cast aluminum housing and rotor, both equipped with stainless steel 1.4541 (AISI 321) pipe inserts. The unit has an inside diameter of 133,7 mm drilled according to ASME 16.5 class 150. Sealing is provided by a silicon passage seal and NBR shaft/endplate seals, allowing operation up to 5 bar. Designed for quick cleaning with easy dismantling, this valve is operated by a pneumatic actuator P1 requiring a control pressure of 4 to 8 bar. It includes a right-mounted signal box featuring mechanical, single-pole, normally open limit switches (12-250 V AC/DC), a Festo solenoid valve (24 VDC, IP 65, Non-Ex), and a 1/2'' NPT cable entry.
