The Coperion ZRD 250.1-9.5-AC rotary valve is designed for handling free-flowing, non-abrasive S-PVC products with a bulk density of at least 480 kg/m³. It features a hard-coated cast aluminum base lock housing and side covers, combined with a stainless steel 1.4541/AISI 321 rotary valve wheel with angled bars that are backcut on the sides and circumference. Powered by an SEW FA47DRN80M4 0.75kW 30rpm non-Ex gear motor, this unit achieves an output of 3,450 kg/h with a rotary wheel volume of 5 dm³ at 30 rpm and an estimated 80% fill level. The assembly includes a WLN shaft seal kit made of NBR for gas flushing, DIN EN1092-1 PN10 drilled DN 250 inlet and outlet flanges, and a galvanised steel torque support. It operates with a maximum temperature of 60 °C, working pressures of 0 bar above and 0.5 bar below, and a mechanical design pressure of 1.5 bar.
