WZK 125-P1-CR Two-way switch by Coperion

The Coperion WZK 125-P1-CR Two-way switch is engineered for handling free-flowing, non-abrasive, dry products such as milk and cocoa powder. Designed with a cast aluminum housing and 1.4541 stainless steel pipes (AISI 321), this unit features a light passage of 133.7 mm drilled according to DIN EN1092-1 PN10 and operates at a maximum allowable pressure of 5 bar and temperatures up to 100 °C. The turning part is constructed from cast aluminum and stainless steel pipes 1.4541 (AISI 321), driven by a pneumatic cylinder drive unit P1 requiring control air of 4 to 8 bar. It includes ATEX-compliant components featuring a Festo solenoid valve and a Pepperl + Fuchs inductive limit sensor in the right-side signal box. The gasket set consists of a silicone pipe gasket and NBR bearing/cover gaskets. Designed for Zone 2/22 (II3GD) external ATEX environments, the WZK 125-P1-CR offers easy disassembly for quick cleaning.
