ZDD 320.1-16-AC rotary valve by Coperion

The Coperion ZDD 320.1-16-AC rotary valve is designed for handling dry, good-flowing, and non-abrasive PVC powder with a minimum bulk density of 570 kg/m³ and a maximum grain size of 0.25 mm. It achieves an output of 3,000 kg/h at a speed of 10 rpm. The unit features a cellular wheel volume of 16 dm³ with an estimated fill level of 60%, a stainless steel (1.4541/AISI 321) cell wheel with bevelled bridges, and hard-coated cast aluminium housing and side covers. Designed for a working pressure of 0 bar above and 0.6 bar at the bottom, with a mechanical design pressure of 1.5 bar. It is powered by an SEW helical geared motor (0.37 kW, IP 55, IE3) via a chain drive and includes completely piped gas flushing with NBR shaft seals, Festo filter regulators, and a Buschjost solenoid valve.
