It handles pre-dosed product injection with discharge into pneumatic conveying product discharge, delivering an output of 3,600 kg/h (approx. 3000 kg/h). The working temperature and permitted temperature are a maximum of 60 °C. Operating with a working pressure above of 0 bar and below of 0.5 bar, the rotary valve features a rotary wheel volume of 4.5 dm³, an estimated fill level of 63%, and a speed of 27 rpm. ATEX certification includes Zone 20 (II1D) inside, including protection system, and Zone 2/22 (II3GD) outside.
