WZK 80-P1-CR Two-way turnout by Coperion

The Coperion WZK 80-P1-CR is a pneumatic two-way turnout designed for handling flowing, non-abrasive, dry materials. It features a cast aluminum housing and turned part, paired with stainless steel 1.4541 (AISI 321) tubes and a light passage of 83.7 mm. The unit is built with a mechanical design pressure of 5 bar and a maximum permissible temperature of 100 °C. Sealing is provided by a gasket kit containing silicone pipe seals and NBR bearing/cover seals, along with a soft CR base. Operation is driven by a pneumatic P1 cylinder requiring a control air pressure of 4 to 8 bar. The turnout is equipped with a right-side signal box housing a 1-pole, NO contact mechanical limit switch (12-250 V AC/DC) with an M20x1.5 cable entry, and an IMI Norgren Herion type 2636247.0240 solenoid valve operating at 24 VDC with IP65 protection. Flanges are drilled according to DIN EN1092-1 PN10, and the design allows for easy disassembly and quick cleaning.
