The Coperion WZK 80-P1-CR is a pneumatic two-way turnout designed for handling flowing, non-abrasive, dry materials. It features a cast aluminum housing and turned part, paired with stainless steel 1.4541 (AISI 321) tubes and a light passage of 83.7 mm. The unit is built with a mechanical design pressure of 5 bar and a maximum permissible temperature of 100 °C. Flanges are drilled according to DIN EN1092-1 PN10, and the design allows for easy disassembly and quick cleaning.
