ZRC 400.1-38-GC Rotary valve by Coperion

The Coperion ZRC 400.1-38-GC rotary valve is designed for handling free-flowing, dry, and abrasive materials. Constructed with a grey cast iron housing featuring a DUROCHROM 200µm hard chromium-plated bore and DN 350 inlet and outlet connections drilled according to DIN EN1092-1 PN10, it includes grey cast iron end plates with a 60µm DUROCHROM inner hard chromium plating. The unit features a closed-side mild steel rotor with DUROCHROM 200µm coating. Due to food product and ATEX zone requirements, inner surfaces are delivered blank and must be protected against humidity during extended storage. It is rated for a maximum allowable temperature of 60 °C and is certified for ATEX Zone 20 inside (II1D). The valve includes a mounted seal purge piping system with Viton WLF shaft sealing, a Festo filter regulator, and a Buschjost solenoid valve. Power is supplied by a fully assembled direct-drive SEW flat gear motor delivering 1.5 kW at 5.8 to 29 rpm.
